Easy way to remove glue for ADA signs
If you are familiar with the applique Rowmark or Gravotac process aplication is worth the try to keep reading this trick. After you cutting the letters with your engraver machine you have to remove the centers and leftover applique carefuly, most of the times there's glue left on the surface. Well the most easy way and safe to avoid scratchings in your signs is to spray REMOVED TAG. Most sign fabricators use this easy way to remove glue, but you have to be careful because if you leave this liquid for a long period of time the letters will start to fall off the sign.
Distribute REMOVED TAG around the letters with a Q-TIP very well to loose the glue. The second step is to brush with warm water and liquid soap to remove leftovers and dry with a clean rag. I hope this method will help in your next project, if you have any sugestions or questions you can email me.
