Weeding and applying small cut letters
I often have to cut small lettering for model trucks that a customer sells, the problem is weeding this small lettering that can be as small as 3mm, this is the method that I use.
Only cut a weeding border and no weeding lines other than those needed to seperat lettering groups. Then weed out the centres of letters I.E. O's A's and e's, do not weed the rest.
Cover the lettering in transfer tape as normal, remove from the backing paper and apply as normal. You can then remove the transfer tape and the waste vinyl without danger of loosing letters.
